My response to stress (both positive and negative) is sleep.  I think this is the best possible response to stress.  It is fuss free, is cozy, and can be done just about anywhere.

Why So Stressed?

No big deal.  Life long dream fulfilled.  Want a sandwich?

That is pretty much how I handle good news.

Yesterday, I hit publish on my first children’s book.  So, obviously, I panicked, cried, felt like I was going to throw up, then I napped…like a boss!


Now that I have had a cup of coffee, a good night’s sleep, and a reminder that I sold my first book yesterday, I am ready to go forward!

What’s next?!
