I’ve been working out daily for no fewer than 10 minutes for 38 days.

Here’s how it’s going –

  • The original plan was to run every day for as many days in a row as possible. After week one, I injured my left foot. I think, stress fractures? So, I changed my plan to from Run Every Dang Day Challenge to 10 Minutes Minimum Challenge.
  • I decided to learn to love the exercise bike. Turns out, it takes three days.
  • I went on vacation, and while I did spend most of my time in the ocean which is a workout, I did not count that toward my exercise streak. I continued my streak by doing yoga in the evenings.
  • Today was my first day back to the gym in almost a week, and it was amazing. I missed the bike.

I’ve been writing daily for no fewer than 10 minutes for 20 days.

Here’s how it’s going –

  • I finished an outline for a novel.
  • I started discovery writing another one! (I know, I know! Don’t do that until your other novel is finished. Blah, blah, blah. I do what I want.)
  • I’m into the first draft of the novel from the first outline.
